Please advise me how to eat and pray according to the teachings of Islam to conceive a baby girl.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Children are a blessing and a gift of Allah; He bestows female offspring upon whom He wills, and bestows male offspring upon whom He wills. He also bestows both males and females, and renders barren whom He wills. We do not know any food or drink that could help in conceiving a daughter. However, one should supplicate Allah to grant female children.
