Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

There is no harm in buying lawful drinks in bottles that look like alcohol bottles. The basic principle is that all containers are lawful unless deemed otherwise in Islam. Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen may Allaah have mercy upon him said: “In principle, all vessels are deemed lawful by the Sharee‘ah given the general indication of the verse that reads (what means): {It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth.} [Quran 2:29]”

The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: “You may drink in all vessels, but you do not drink an intoxicant.” [Muslim]

The fact that these bottles look like alcohol bottles does not require deeming them forbidden to buy or use.

Allaah Knows best.
