Question

As-salaamu 3laikum, If you use water to do istinjaa, can you use dry toilet paper after that to dry yourself? Jazaakum Allahu khairan

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

There is no harm in using toilet paper to dry the outlet after Istinjaa’. The presumption is that this is permissible unless proven otherwise. Please refer to Fatwa 90938.
