Masturbation between husband and wife |

Question
1) Is it allowed for a husband to masturbate his wife and wife to masturbate her husband? I have heard two opinions the main opinion (majority) is that it is permissible, and the second opinion is that it is Haram. The one scholar that said it is Haram stated that masturbation is unlawful (Haram) in every way, if a person masturbates alone or together (one's wife) it does not matter? I understand that masturbation is Haram (alone-with one's self) but what is the Islamic ruling (Fiqh) ruling on this issue? Is it permissible or not? (2) Can he masturbate himself, with his wife next to him in bed (the wife does not mind and enjoys or wants to see her husband masturbate? (3) Or similarly if she is in the next room (kitchen, shower). (4) Or in another country?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Masturbation of one's self is not permissible whether a wife likes it or not whether she allows it or not. It is also forbidden in the presence of wife and in her absence as well because Allah Subhanahu wa Tala restricted the way of fulfilling the sexual desire only to wives or slave women, as He mentioned in the Qur'an. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts from illegal sexual acts). Except with their wives and the (women slaves and captives) whom their right hands possess, for (then) they are not to be blamed, But whosoever seeks beyond that, then it is those who are trespassers.}[70:29-31]. It is permitted to a husband and wife to masturbate each other.
