Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

1) Islamic Shariah permits the husband and his wife to enjoy each other's body, to look at the whole body even the sexual parts of each other.
Khaleel the author of a famous book in Maliky Fiqh and those who explain that book clearly stated that looking at the very private parts of the wife or the husband is permissible. By this statement they indicate the weakness of the Hadith that prohibits the wife to look at the private parts of her husband or vice versa. The text of the Hadith is as follows: "During intercourse one should not look at the vagina of his wife as this causes blindness and should not talk much as this causes dumbness" . Sheikh al-Albani and others graded it as weak.
We do not know what the scholars say about recording the sexual acts of couples on video. But, we think it is permissible, Allah willing, based on the permissibility of looking at the private parts of a spouse. However, it is advisable to avoid recording such acts lest it may pass to someone else. It is strictly forbidden for a spouse to narrate or describe to others the sexual matters that happen between a husband and wife. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "The worst evildoer among people on the Day of Judgment is a man who has gone into his wife and she does so. Then, he discloses her secret" [ Muslim ]. The Prophet (Salla Allahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) added, "the example of such a person is similar to a male Satan who met a female Satan in a street and made sex with her publicly" .
Imagine if only narrating the sexual acts of a spouse to others is so repulsive then looking at such acts becomes more forbidden and blameworthy.
2) Making Ghusl (bath) after the end of the monthly period, or after sexual impurity, or only to clean oneself, or just to refresh oneself could be done at any time and anywhere. However, one should hasten to make Ghusl if one is in major impurity or if the monthly period is finished.
3) Know that making sex is permissible in all months, days and times. It is forbidden only for a fasting person, or the one who is in I'tikaf, or in the state of Ihram.
4) If any impurity or sperm (according to those who consider it impure) falls on a place or a cloth then only the place where it falls should be washed. Washing other parts is not compulsory. If one does not know the part of the cloth where the impurity fell, then he should wash the whole cloth. If any impurity falls on underwear then washing other clothes is not compulsory.
Know that the prevalent opinion is that sperm is pure i.e. not impure.
Allah knows best.
