Question
I want to the miracles of the Prophets we don't know much about like Hud, Shu'aib, Lut?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. Due to Allah's Wisdom and Mercy on His creations, apostles were sent to guide them to the true faith in Allah. Those apostles were supported by clear signs to prove their Prophethood. Allah The Almighty Says: {Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs,…}[57:25]. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: All Prophets are provided with clear signs which make the human beings believe in their Prophethood. The clear sign given to me is the Divine revelation from Allah. I hope I would have the largest number of followers on the day of the Resurrection . [Recorded by al-Bukhari and others] Accordingly, we believe that all Prophets and Messengers had been endowed with clear signs to prove their Prophethood. The belief in these miracles is dependant on the valid authority from Qur'an or Sunnah in this regard. As far as I know the Qur'an or Sunnah does not refer to any miracles by Shoayb . However, the Qur'an stated that the apostle Hud challenged his people and their gods saying: "So scheme your worst against me all of you". But they were unable to inflict any harm on him. This challenge is a proof of his Prophethood. The Qur'an contained the miracles of some Prophets and Messengers such as Jesus , Moses and Ibrahim (Alaihim al-Salaam). Allah knows best.
