Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Eating the meat of animals is lawful unless there is evidence prohibiting it. Since kangaroo is not from the cat family and does not aggress with its teeth and since it eats plants and grass, then it is lawful to eat its meat.
