Question
What is prayer of the repentant people?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The prayer of al-Awwabeen (repentant people) is the prayer of Thuha (forenoon). The evidence for this is the Hadeeth reported by al-Haakim and Ibn Khuzaymah that the Prophet said: “It is only the Awwabeen (repentant people) who observe praying Thuha.”
Muslim reported from Zayd ibn Arqam 
that he said: “The Prophet came to the people of Qubaa’ and found them praying, so he said: “The prayer of al-Awwabeen (the penitent) should be observed when the young weaned camels feel the heat of the sun.”
Ibn Abu Shaybah reported the same Hadeeth with the words: “The Prophet came out to the people of Qubaa’ while they were praying the Thuha prayer, thereupon, he said: 'The prayer of al-Awwabeen is when the small camels get hot (because of the strong sun rays).”
