People of Paradise will have no hair on their bodies

Question:

Greetings scholars. I asked this question yesterday, but you redirected me to previous questions, which is not what I was looking for. Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, quoted the Messenger of Allah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, as having said, "The People of Paradise will enter it (in the best form). They will be hairless (in their body). They will have moustaches, not beards. They will be white-colored and strong. Their eyelashes are darkened with kohl. They will be thirty-three years old. They will resemble Adam (in appearance and figure), their length will be sixty cubits, and their width will be seven cubits."
Is this hadith authentic? I have heard that scholars said that it is weak but that is it strengthened by other narrations. Please do not refer me to an existing fatwa.

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

If you are looking for a version of this hadeeth stating that the people of Paradise shall have moustaches, we could not find any basis for it (in the authentic Sunnah). We do not know the source of the version of the hadeeth which you mentioned in the question. Scholars interpreted the word Ajrad (hairless) as to mean the person who has no body hair, including the moustache, and they interpreted the word Amrad as to mean beardless.

Allah knows best.
