These are some lessons to be learned from the Hadeeths mentioned in part 1 of this article:
1- It is recommended to use Ruqyah (incantations) with the Quran and with Athkaar (mentioning of Allah) as in a couple of Hadeeths quoted above, Ruqyah by Al-Mu‘awwithataan is mentioned because this sort of Ruqyah indicates seeking refuge with Allah The Almighty from all that is unfavorable, both in general and in particular, as it involves seeking refuge with Allah The Almighty from the evil of everything that He created and from the evil of those who blow in knots (those who practice black magic), the evil of witches, the evil of the enviers, the effect of the evil eye, and the evil of the retreating whisperer (i.e. Satan).
2- The care and love that the Prophet, 
, had for his daughter Faatimah, may Allah be pleased with her. He expressed this by saying: “Welcome, my daughter!” There are traditions that indicate that when she would go to him, he would stand up, kiss her and let her sit in his place. When he went to her, she would do the same. When he fell ill, she went to him and kissed him.

When he fell ill, she went to him and kissed him. 3- A lesson to be learned from the story of Faatimah, may Allah be pleased with her, is that parents should care for their daughters and be kind and merciful to them. They are also required to bring them up in compliance with the method of the Prophet, . Parents should also choose suitable husbands for their daughters.
. Parents should also choose suitable husbands for their daughters. 4- A daughter has to care for her father, as illustrated by the conduct of Faatimah, may Allah be pleased with her. Hence, children should be kind and good to their parents. They should never be bad to them in order to not make themselves liable to receive the punishment from Allah The Almighty.
5- It was a miracle of the Prophet, , that he told Faatimah, may Allah be pleased with her, that she would be the first person from his family to die after him, and she indeed was, based on the consensus of scholars. This shows the truthfulness of the Prophet, , and that he really was sent by Allah The Almighty.

Nevertheless, they do not desire death for whatever evil that may befall them, they still want to perform more good deeds. That is because when a person dies, all of his deeds come to an end, except for three things as explained by the Prophet, .
. 7- A patient who is on the verge of death should leave a will to his family. In this context, the Prophet, advised Faatimah, may Allah be pleased with her, to: “Fear Allah and have patience.”

9- If a patient seeks reward from Allah The Almighty for his disease, the disease will expiate his sins, elevate his degree, and his rewards will increase. This is applicable to all sorts of ailments, diseases, ordeals and worries, even if they are slight. The prophets, may Allah exalt their mention, were the most afflicted with trials and tests, and those who are pious and follow them are the same, because they are distinguished with having perfect patience and seeking reward from Allah The Almighty. They also know that divine tests are a blessing from Allah The Almighty intended for their benefit in terms of endowing them with a double reward and for showing their patience and satisfaction. Next to the prophets are their followers who are most righteous because they are near in time to them even though they are less in degree. The reason behind this, and Allah knows best, is that trials are in return for blessings. Therefore, a person who is divinely blessed with something gets tougher tests. This is also why free people get double the punishment that is set for slaves. Allah The Almighty Says (what means): {O wives of the Prophet, whoever of you should commit a clear immorality - for her the punishment would be doubled twofold, and ever is that, for Allah, easy.} [Quran 33:30]
Strong people can endure any hardship that is destined for them, and the weak people are treated with mercy. However, strong knowledge alleviates the suffering of trials. Some people, when afflicted with trials, consider the reward and thus, feel less suffering. Loftier than them are the people who truly consider the trial as a divine decree of Allah, The Owner of sovereignty over His creatures. Therefore, they submit themselves to Him and wholeheartedly accept His tests.
10- The Prophet, , warned people against establishing mosques over graves, building graves inside mosques and putting animate images inside mosques. The Prophet, , cursed those who do so, telling them that they would be the most wicked people in the sight of Allah on the Day of Resurrection. This is the greatest piece of advice which the Prophet, , gave, five days before his death.
