Umm Salamah bint Abi Umayyah:Her full name, may Allah be pleased with her, was Hind bint Abi Umayyah ibn Al-Mugheerah ibn Makhzoom ibn Fahr Al-Qurashi.Before her marriage to the Prophet, 
, she was married to the well-known Companion Abu Salamah ‘Abdullaah Al-Makhzoomi, may Allah be pleased with him, who was her paternal cousin. The Prophet, , married her in Shawwaal of the year 4 A.H., and together they raised her four children from her previous marriage to Abu Salamah, may Allah be pleased with him.
She, may Allah be pleased with her, was the first woman to immigrate when she went with her husband Abu Salamah, may Allah be pleased with him, and the early Muslims to Abyssinia. It was also narrated that she was the first woman to immigrate to Madeenah. She, may Allah be pleased with her, was the last of the Prophet's wives to die, during the reign of Yazeed ibn Mu’aawiyah in 62 A.H.
She was distinguished because:
- Jibreel, may Allah exalt his mention, once came to the Prophet, , with the revelation whilst in her apartment, in the form of the Companion Dihyah Al-Kalbi, may Allah be pleased with him. [Muslim]

Then Allah The Almighty commanded the Prophet, , to take her in marriage. She was the one about whom Allah The Almighty revealed the following verse (which means): {So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you….}[Quran 33: 37] Hence, she, may Allah be pleased with her, would boast about the fact that her marriage to the Prophet, , was a result of a direct command to him from Allah The Almighty. She, may Allah be pleased with her, would to say to her co-wives, “Your families married you to the Prophet while Allah married me off to him from above the seven heavens.”

.Juwayriyyah bint Al-Haarith:Her full name, may Allah be pleased with her, was Juwayriyyah bint Al-Haarith ibn Juthaymah ibn Khuzaa’ah ibn Al-Azd, from the tribe of Banu Al-Mustalaq.She was one of the captives on the day of Musayree’.The Prophet, , offered to buy her, manumit her and then marry her, to which she, may Allah be pleased with her, agreed.
