am I following the right treatment

السؤال:

I have small white spots in my face , thefirst spot appeared three years ago. the second appeared four monthes ago near my lip. the hair in this spot is black. i went to tow doctors and both assured me that it is not what i am afraid of . they said it is lack of pegmentation. one gave me fifol z and sunscreen protection. the second doctor gave me supradyne and a solution to be put on the spots before expoing them to the sun . up till now there is no sign of cure and i am very much afraid.the question is:am i following the right treatment? and is there any other effective treatment that would convince the cells to reproduce milanine? i am 36 old.

The type of treatment you are receiving is what is called symptomatic treatment, first you need to get a definite diagnosis of the cause of these spots and this can be acheived by taking a skin biopsy from the site of the spot and to get a conclusive diagnosis from the histopathlogical report then the treatment will depend on the the definitive cause
