Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

If you are experiencing what you have mentioned in the question on a daily basis, even once, then it is pardonable with regard to the issue of ritual impurity, according to the opinion of the Maaliki scholars. Hence, it is not incumbent on you to wash the urine drops that come out due to sneezing. The Maaliki scholar, Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ulaysh, said in Minah Al-Jaleel: "Any impurity that is hard or difficult to be safe of is pardonable. This is a general rule. Setting an explanatory example, he said: This is like a Hadath, i.e. any usual discharge emitting from a usual body exit, like urine, Mathy (pre-ejaculatory fluid), Wady (a thick white fluid that comes out after urinating), semen, or frothy stool. He described the Hadath as being involuntary and enduring, in such a way that the person experiences it once or more on a daily basis, affecting his body or clothes." [End of quote]

As for ablution, those drops invalidate it if you are sure that they come out during the prayer. The prayer becomes invalid if the Hadath occurred while performing it, and so you are obligated to repeat the ablution. This cannot be considered as urinary incontinence given the scarce occurring of sneezing. Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ulaysh may Allaah have mercy upon him said in Minah Al-Jaleel:

"Ablution is invalidated on account of incontinence of urine, Mathy (pre-ejaculatory fluid), semen, Wady (a thick white fluid that comes after urinating), feces, or wind that the person does not experience for most of the time, i.e. for more than half of the time. If he experiences such Hadath continuously without cessation throughout the whole time, or most of the time, or half of it, then it does not invalidate the ablution in this case." [End of quote]

If what you are experiencing is no more than satanic whisperings, then ignore it, go on with your prayer, and do not interrupt it, for it is valid.

Allah Knows best.
