Question

Can a wife call her husband by his name? Like if his name is Muhammad , can his wife call him Muhammad ?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Initially this matter is lawful in Sharia. But if it is a tradition among some people that this is against the good conduct with the husband, then it will be advisable for the woman to call him by a good surname that he likes as this will lead to pleasing her husband hence pleasing her Lord.
