Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. Whenever you get in your bus read the riding supplication, Surat Al-Ikhlas (chapter 112 of the Holy Qur'an), Al-Mu'awwithatain (the last two chapters: 113 and 114), and Ayat Al-Kursi as explained in Fatwa: 81559 and 81667. Doing this, you will not be hurt, Insha Allah (God willing). Allah knows best.
