Question
Is it forbidden for a man to wear any gold, including white gold? Please elaborate on this and support your argument with Hadith and other sources. May Allah reward you well for your efforts!
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
If what you are asking about is gold, but with a different color then it is not permissible for a man to wear gold. Whether it is of white or golden color does not change the rule. The saying of the Prophet 
is general: "Wearing silk and gold has been made unlawful for the males of my nation and lawful for their females." [Al-Tirmithi and Al-Nasaa'ee]
