Fatwa CenterGog and Maggog, reported strange creatures and UFO's
Question
I was watching a documentary yesterday about strange creatures and they spoke about Big Foot. They say that many people have seen this human/monkey looking creature in the woods. They also spoke about UFOs and how many people have reported seeing them. What is the Islamic explanation of these phenomena? Are the Big Foot individuals of Agog and Magog? Are the UFOs Jinns or could they be other forms of intelligence? Please help us clarify these issues!

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Gog and Maggog are people from the children of Adam (Alaihi As-Salam), as Imam Al-Nawawi stated.
However, Ibn Abd Al-Bar said: 'They are descendants of Yafith Ibn Nouh (Alaihi As-Salam)', and he mentioned that 'this is the view of the majority of the people of knowledge.'
The appearance of Gog and Maggog is one the major signs of the Day of Judgment. It is not possible for us to see the people of Gog and Maggog before Allah allows them to appear, therefore the creatures called 'Big Foot' that the questioner stated could not be Gog and Maggog. We do not know the truth about them.
We do not have enough information as well about unidentified flying objects, and we apologize for not answering the question concerning them.
Lastly, we advise the questioner to keep himself busy with what benefits him in regard to his religion and his worldly life.
