salaaam alykum,,,, sir please i know one girl she is 21 years old on her mouth on lip inside there is written the word الله in arabic not tattoo on her blood vessell subahan ALLAH.. so she want know what she have to do.she is muslim, she pray she is normal muslim girl but she is really want to be a good muslim girl so please sir she want you to advice her (she is from somalia) thank you jazak ALLAH KHAYR salaaaaam alykum
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
With regard to your question "What she should do?", and "What is our advice?", then the answer is that she and all the people should fear Allaah; they should do what He Ordained them to do, and refrain from what He Prohibited them from doing, Allaah Says (what means): {And We have instructed those who were given the Scripture before you and yourselves to fear Allaah.}[Quran 4:131].
We have already issued Fataawa 88104, 85275 and 84807 on how to remain steadfast and how a righteous Muslim should be, so please refer to them.
As regards the writing which you referred to in your question, then if this is really true, it is one of the Signs of Allaah in this universe but it does not entitle the person who has it to enter Paradise or save her from Hellfire; rather she should obey Allaah and His Messenger like all other people.
