All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Homosexuality is a major grave sin which incurs the severe punishment of Allaah, both in this worldly life ant the hereafter. You may refer to Fatwa 92314 in this regard. Yet, a Muslim does not become a disbeliever for only committing this crime unless he considers it as Islamicly lawful. For more details, please refer to Fataawa 89470, 83442 and 88352.
