Question:

what is the islamic point of brestfeeding, non muslims says share brestfeeding dangerous to health , why islam permit this , any medical benifit is therin share breast feeding

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

If you mean that there is a danger in breastfeeding children other than one’s own children, then this is not correct. The evidence about this is that the Sharee’ah approved this matter and set rulings about it; the Sharee’ah only approves what is beneficial for the people.

However, if you mean that breastfeeding others' children may lead to the transfer of some contagious diseases which may be transmitted by the milk, then this is not specific to breastfeeding others' children. This may even happen in case of a mother with her own child if she is affected by such diseases.

Moreover, some diseases are transmitted just by touching other people, so the matter is not only restricted to breastfeeding.
