Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

First of all, we ask Allaah to reward you for being keen on calling people to Allaah and there is no doubt that this is a means of achieving much good. Allaah Says (what means): {And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allaah and does righteousness and says, ''Indeed, I am of the Muslims''.}[Quran 41:33] Al-Hasan Al-Basri may Allaah have mercy upon him said: “This is a Waliyy (an ally) of Allaah, a beloved person by Allaah, this is the best person among the Creation of Allaah, he called to Allaah and he acted according to what Allaah ordered him to do.

Moreover, the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said: "The one who calls to righteousness is like (gets the same reward as) the one who acts according to it.” [Ahmad and At-Tirmithi]

Therefore, this is a part of religion that should not be neglected, and it is a means of getting reward (from Allaah) that should not be disregarded. However, girls should be called to Allaah by girls, especially regarding phone calls, as one may intend to do good while a door of evil and temptation will be opened for him as we clarified in Fatwa 88997.

In fact, temptation by women is the most serious temptation and the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) had severely warned us against it.

It should be noted that a caller to Allaah should be a pious example to others in regard to his conduct, morals and sayings. His slogan should be the verse of Allaah in which Allaah Says (what means): {and make us a leader [i.e. example] for the righteous.}[Quran 25:84]; and he should supplicate: “O Allaah make me a guided person and enable me to guide other people.” This is the supplication that the Prophet sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) said for Jareer Al-Bajali may Allaah be pleased with him as per the Hadeeth reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim may Allaah have mercy upon them.

Allaah Knows best.
