All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.

You have no right to prevent your wife from having children if she wishes that, as we have previously clarified in Fataawa 92181 and 82274.

We advise you, dear brother, to keep your wife in kindness, and do not deprive her of her right to have children, and rather seek Allaah's aid in raising your children. You should also invite your second wife to Islam, since there is a great reward in doing that.

Allaah Knows best.
