Question:

There is a woman who collects dead animals and putrid eggs and helps the girls who want to get married by doing weird things. Is it permissible for me to go to her?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

It is clear from the indications which you mentioned in the question –if this is confirmed about this woman- that she is practicing magic. In fact, magic is prohibited and it is one of the grave major sins as well as being one of the destructive sins. In a narration on the authority of Abu Hurayrah may Allaah be pleased with him the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, ordered us to avoid the seven destructive sins among which he, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam,  mentioned magic. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Therefore, it is not permissible to go to this woman or seek her help; instead, you should seek the Help of Allaah The Lord of the Worlds and supplicate Him. Then you may seek the help of your righteous sisters in Islam. May Allaah facilitate things for you.

Allaah Knows best.
