Permissibility of withdrawing money from a machine other than that of the bank that issued the card

Question:

What is the ruling on withdrawing money using an ATM card from a machine not belonging to the bank that issued the card?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.

There is no blame in using any automated teller machine (ATM) or automatic banking machine (ABM) whether or not it belongs to the same bank that issued the card, for this process is done automatically by previous agreement between the banks.
