Food Cooked in Utensils Obtained with Haram Money

Question:

Salam aleikum wa rahmatu Llahi wa barakatu.
If the ingredients of a food which we cook are bought from halal money , but the tools we use for cooking are achieved from haram money; is the this food haram?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

The food itself is lawful and the fact that it is cooked in utensils obtained with ill-gotten money does not affect the lawfulness of this food.

However, you must return these utensils to their owners if they are the very utensils that you have taken from them, or return their price in case it is their price that you have taken from them.
