You Deserve the Full Fee

Question:

Assalamu alaikum, I provide head message services to males only. My question is if I agree to provide message for 15 minutes in return for 100 buks, but the customer tells me to quit after 10 minutes then can I take the full 100 buks or should I just take the amount for 10 minutes?
Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

If you had agreed with him on the length of service for a specific fee and then he asked you to stop and not proceed, then in this case, you deserve the full fee which he is supposed to give you. This is because he has no right to invalidate the agreement except with your consent, so long as you were providing the (agreed upon) service, and nothing happened which can be an excuse to invalidate the agreement.
