Suffers from Wind Incontinence

Question:

Asalamo aleikoum wa rahmatulahi. Very often I suffer from gases that make me make take the rule that says to make wudhu after every adhan and one wudu is valid even if I pass wind. Sometimes, if I see that the gases have calmed I renew my wudu before the adhan (eventhough I am in a tahara state until the next prayer time enters) in order to not make it after the adhan and therefore I can utilise this time with dua. Is my wudu valid, I mean making the wudu again even if Im in a state of wudu so I do not do it after the adhanjQuery1110017318746885628267_1575463392358 Are my prayers valid?? I must notice that since I do the wudu BEFORE the adhan I do not pass wind as I have not take the rule of making it after the adhan.
Thanks

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

The governing rule regarding the issue of incontinence is that you do not have within the due time of a prayer enough time to perform the prayer with valid ritual purity. If this is your case, then it is sufficient to perform Wudhoo’ (ablution) once the time of the prayer has started and pray the obligatory prayer and whatever voluntary prayers you wish to perform with that Wudhoo’ until the time of the prayer ends (i.e. until the time of the next prayer starts).

However, if you know that the state of ritual impurity stops at a certain time, then it is incumbent on you to wait for that time, and then perform ablution and pray.

Assuming that you are suffering from incontinence, if you perform Wudhoo’ and then do not pass anything that invalidates it, then your Wudhoo’ is not invalidated when the prayer time expires. Accordingly, it is permissible for you to perform the following prayer with the same Wudhoo’.

Allah Knows best.
