Discharged Transparent Liquid after Rubbing Penis: Does It Necessitate Ghusl or Just Ablution

Question:

Assalamu alaikum,I am not feeling comfortable while asking this question but i want to ask because i want to make sure.I am a 21 years old male. I was rubbing my penis but then i felt there is some movement like fluid or something and when i saw there was a slight drop of transparent liquid that came out.Does it validate ghusl(junub) or do u have to wash that part or clothe in order to pray.
Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

The liquid that comes out when thinking about lust or seeing what provokes it and is transparent and sticky is called Mathy, and it is impure. Its ruling is the ruling of urine, it is obligatory to perform Istinjaa’ from it and purify the clothes that are stained by it, but it is not obligatory to perform Ghusl from it.

As regards masturbation, it is forbidden, so you must repent to Allah from it.
