Discharges that break Prayer and ablution

Question:

Assalamu Alaikum. my question is about vaginal discharge, recently i read on here about what ‘wadi’ looks like. so i was praying fajr prayer and i felt something come out and then after praying i checked and saw what i would like to think of as ‘wadi’ because it was thin and yellowish, do i have to repeat my salah knowing that ‘wadi’ nullifies wudhu? note that i have obsessive doubts about my purity and prayer in general.

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu`alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

What comes out of the front or back passages (the penis, vagina, and anus) invalidates ablution and prayer, whether it is Wady (the thick white fluid that comes after urinating) or Mathy (pre-seminal fluid). So if you are certain that this discharge came out during prayer, then you must repeat it. However, if it is just a suspicion or whisper, then you are not required to do anything about it.

We advise you to best treat these whispers by ignoring them, repelling them, and not paying any attention to them.

Allah knows best.
