Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. As for the land of Islam, it is defined by the Fuqahah as the country where the rules and rituals of Islam are apparent. The appearance of every and each rule of Islam, not the rules of worshipping only such as forbidding fornication, adultery, theft and Alcohol drinking…etc. And Allah knows best.
