Question:

I am living in Ukriane, in the town [Dnepropetrovsk] we have not Masjid here and I have not friends here. I want to know when I can do [Al Salawat] every day?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

We would like to advise you, dear brother, to look for an Islamic center in your area and to get in touch with the Muslims there, they will undoubtedly cooperate with you and provide you with a time table chart which outlines the prayer times.
You should also look for Muslims in your area; if you find any Muslim there, you should try with him to make a Mosque (prayer place) if it is possible. Even a room could be set aside for performing the prayer and calling the Athan and Iqamah.
If this is not possible for you, then you should at least pray every prayer at its particular time at any place provided the latter is clean.

You should spare no effort to perform the prayers at their proper times as Allah Commanded us. Allah Says (what means): {And when you have completed the prayer, remember Allah standing, sitting, or [lying] on your sides. But when you become secure, re-establish [regular] prayer. Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.} [Quran 4:103]
