When to say Takbeer

Question:

Should I say Takbeer when I prostrate and raise from prostration made when one recites a verse of Sajdah.

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

If one recites the 'Ayah of Sajdah' during prayer then he should say the Takbeer at the time of prostrating and raising from the prostration.
If the person is not in prayer then he has to say Takbeer while prostrating and while raising from prostration. However, the scholars differ concerning the Takbeer of Ihram and making Salaam after finishing the prostration of recital.
The preponderant opinion (Insha Allah) is that both practices are correct. If one says Takbeer before prostration and makes Salaam after it, it is a good act according to the structure of the prayer. If one does not do so it is also correct since there is no clear Hadith that proves either.
