Question:

In my school in science we have finished microorganisms and our teacher said the next topic is sex education. I was shocked when I heard that. I want to know if I should stay in the lesson or leave the lesson. Please respond as soon possible.

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Teaching sex education as a subject is forbidden, especially to the teenagers since it stimulates excitement of sexual desire and to have relations with the opposite sex. In fact, this education is based on the ideology of some western corrupters like Freud and others. The basis of this ideology is libertinism that encourages people to fulfill their sexual desires through illicit relations.
Therefore, you are not allowed to attend such classes except if there is the threat of great harm, such as the authorities will dismiss you from school. In this case, you may attend such classes only for the necessity and should refer to the knowledgeable persons for any doubts if you face there.
Allah knows best.
