A non-Muslim entering a Muslim Cemetery to bury a relative

Question:

Can a non-Muslim woman enter a Muslim cemetary to attend burial of her relative? Can she if she is in menses?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

There is no harm concerning entering of the said woman to Muslim Cemetery to attend burial of a dead relative provided that does not lead to some abominable act such as mixing with alien men, crying aloud in grief, etc. Then, there is blame whether she is pure or menstruating.
It is recorded in al-Insaaf book from Al-sheikh Taqiuddin : 'a non-Muslim should not be prevented from visiting his Muslim father's grave.'
But, we draw your attention that scholars differ concerning woman's visiting of Cemetery. Some scholars see it Haram, others legalize it with some condition. And we think that the last is the most correct opinion for the Prophetic Hadith from Buraidah (RAA) who said that Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "I forbade visiting the graveyard, but (I advise you to) visit it, since it reminds you of the life to come."
Allah knows best.
