Didn't get a husband after praying to Allah for 5 years

Question:

I want to get married and pray 5 years for Allah to give me a good husband, but I didn't get one yet. I think that I am not good enough or something's wrong about me so I am not getting what I want now. I gave up to even asking Allah to give me a husband because if I see my past is so bad then I tell myself I don't deserve good. Am I right to think that way or I am still wrong? Please tell me.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. Making supplication is one of greatest acts of worship that bring one close to Allah. It is actually the foundation of worship. That is why the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said, "Supplication (Du'a) is the worship" [ Al-Tirmizi ]. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) also said, "Nothing prevents (the occurrence of) what has been decreed but invocation" [ Al-Tirmizi ]. You therefore need to continue supplicating, for Allah Commands His believing servants to supplicate Him and promises them His response. He Says, {And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islâmic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation)….}[40: 60]. You should also know that whenever the conditions of supplication are fulfilled and all the impediments are removed, Allah will certainly answer the supplication as long as the supplicant is not in haste. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said, "Any Muslim who makes a supplication in which there is no sin or severance of the tie of kinship, Allah gives him one of these three things: 1) to give him what he wants immediately, 2) to preserve it for him until the Last Day, and 3) to ward off from him an evil that is equal to it" [Reported by Ahmad and Al-Hakim ]. There is a verse that sums up the conditions for the acceptance of invocations. The verse is the Word of Allah: "So, let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me"[2: 186]. Whoever responds to Allah in all that He Commands, and forbids and believes in Him and in His Promise, the conditions for the acceptance of his supplication have been fulfilled and the impediments have been removed. Allah does not fail in His Promise. Total abandonment of supplication and being in haste for response is a mistake. You must do much supplication and do so persistently. You will have your supplications accepted if the conditions are fulfilled and impediments are removed. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said, "The servant will always have his supplications answered as long as he does not ask for something sinful or for severance of a tie of kinship, and as long as he is not in haste". The companions asked the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam): "What is haste?" He answered: "It is when the supplicant says, 'I have supplicated and supplicated, but I did not see any response'. He then becomes bored and abandons supplications" [Reported by Muslim ]. As for your bad past, that does not impede the acceptance of your prayer, if you have made a sincere repentance, for he who repents from the sin is like a sinless person. We also advice you to renew your repentance. Give praise to Allah and invoke His Blessings on the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) at the beginning and at the end of every supplication.
