(Switching it of) the point in this question is as the phone is used only for listening to Quran. Phones used for listening to Quran

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

It is permissible to enter the toilet with this phone especially when one fears that it will be stolen if it is left outside because when the phone is switched off, it will not sound with the recitation of the Quran.

This phone does not have the same ruling as the Mushaf (the Arabic text of the Quran) so that one would say that it is disliked or forbidden [to enter with it to the toilet].

Allaah Knows best.
