Believing that every verse has its servant

Question:

Does each and every verse in the Quran have a servant, like verse 255 for instance? Can this servant appear to a pious person through what is called sport or being in seclusion with him and then conditions on him some conditions like fasting on some particular days, visiting graves and refraining from all kinds of prohibitions (minor and major sins), and this is for getting help from him for performing acts of righteousness? I heard that chapter 112 has a servant called Abdul-Ahad or Abdus-Samad, is this correct?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

 

What some people believe in that every verse or chapter of the Quran, or every name of Allaah's Names has its servant is among the wrong beliefs for which Allaah has not sent down any authority. The conditions that are set for this belief are also wrong and unaccepted.
