Question
is it allowed to do nose message ? face message ? if the person is obeses ? what if the nose is small n looks ugly ? parents say the, nose wanst that flat before, it became due to growing fat? what if one also notice that the nose bone broadened ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If the massage and the like is for the purpose of retaining the original shape (of the nose or any other organ), then this is permissible but if it is for the purpose of changing the original shape upon which one was created, then this could be to make it look more beautiful or to remove a deformation that disfigures its shape. So, if it is for the first purpose, then it is not permissible, and it is for the second purpose, then it is permissible. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 87848.
However, when carrying out the massage, you must observe the Islamic conditions, among which is that it is a woman who would massage a woman as it is not permissible for a man to massage a woman because it is not permissible for him to touch any part of her body without a necessity.
