Is it permissible to read the Quran over water, oil or honey and then give it to a patient to drink or to massage his body with?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad , is His slave and Messenger.

It is permissible to read the Quran over water, oil, honey, etc. and then give it to a patient to drink or to massage over his body.
