Question
Is it "Halal" to drink grape juice and meal made with vinegar?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
In principle all food and drinks are permissible except what is mentioned in the Sharee’ah that it is forbidden or that its harm is confirmed with absolute evidence or that one predominantly believes that it is harmful.
As for the juice of grapes and vinegar, if they do not reach the level of causing intoxication, then they are lawful to consume but if they reach the level of causing intoxication, then they become forbidden and it becomes forbidden to consume them.
