Hadd of a slave woman who commits Zina
Assalamu alaikum. Verse 24:2 is punishment for fornication. Now Verse 4:24,25 says punishment for married slave girl is Half of that.So based on these 2 Verses some people say this is punishment for both married and non married women.They say if above Verse 24:2 meant only non married women and Hadees says for married women punishment is throwing.. A non-Muslim man raping a Muslim married woman in a non-Muslim country
Assalam alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh.Please give the islamic ruling on the crime of rape. the offender is non muslim and the offended one is a married muslimah. The country and placed where the crime is committed is not a muslim country.

Requesting Hadith regarding stoning
I read a Hadith attributed to Caliph Umar bin Kathaab saying that there was an Ayah of the Qur'an where Allaah Commanded 'Rajma' i.e. stoning. He said that they all read and memorized the verse. Ruling about a woman claiming that she was raped
In your reply to the question about the punishment for rape, you said that "As regards raping a woman it does not necessitate punishment on the man except if he admits it himself or is proven with four witnesses. Witnesses needed to validate a woman's claim to being raped

Witnessing of illicit sex acts
I read that for proving a case of fornication or adultery, at least four witnesses should have seen the very act of sexual intercourse. Is it true? Is that practically possible for 4 people to watch the sexual intercourse? Is the stoning to death still practiced in Saudi Arabia?
