Question
Is there any authentic Hadith for treatment of vitiligo? Please let me know the procedure of treatment. May Almighty Allah will give you the reward.
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
In some Ahadith the Prophet Mohammed 
warned the people about something that could cause vitiligo. He said: "Whoever stays overnight with the smell of meat or any other fat in his hand if he is then afflicted with vitiligo he should not blame but himself". The Prophet used to ask refuge from vitiligo by saying, "O Allah, I seek your refuge from vitiligo madness, elephantiasis, and evil diseases".
We do not know any Hadith describing the method of treatment for the mentioned disease. You should turn towards Allah, supplicate Him as much as possible and ask cure from this disease. The last third of the night is a desirable time in which Allah usually accepts the supplications, so you should ask Allah to grant you complete cure especially with the above mentioned Prophet's Du'a.
Try to take the best available treatment; know that Allah did not send down any disease without sending its remedy.
Here is a traditional medical prescription mentioned by the author of "Tuhfat al-Ahwazi" for curing vitiligo. I quote: "Al Wars (a plant like sesame found in Yemen) - and its best kind is the red soft one with little bran - could help in curing vitiligo. The dose required is the weight of a Dirham of this product……".
