Question

why allah feed to the non blevers and Kafir because they don't have faith.

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

Allaah provides for all mankind out of His Grace and He decreed that a person will not die until he consumes all his provision which was predestined for him when his soul was breathed into him. There is evidence about this in the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Prophet .

Allaah Says (what means): {And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allaah is its provision}[Quran 11:6]. Allaah further Says (what means): {And how many a creature carries not its [own] provision. Allaah provides for it and for you.}[Quran 29:60]. Furthermore, the Prophet said: "(As regards your creation), every one of you is collected in the womb of his mother for the first forty days, and then he becomes a clot for another forty days, and then a piece of flesh for another forty days. Then Allaah sends an angel to breathe the soul into his body and orders him to write four words: his provision, his age, his deeds and whether he will be of the wretched or the blessed ones (in the Hereafter)." [Muslim]

Moreover, the blessings that Allaah bestows on the disbelievers are not a sign of being pleased with them, rather it is a way of progressively leading them to punishment.  Allaah Says (what means): {But those who deny Our signs— We will progressively lead them [to destruction] from where they do not know. And I will give them time. Indeed, My plan is firm.}[Quran 7:182-183]. Indeed there are many verses which prove that the blessings which the disbelievers are blessed with are a way of progressively leading them punishment. For instance Allaah Says (what means): {And whoever disbelieves-I will grant him enjoyment for a while; then I will force him to the punishment of the Fire, and wretched indeed is that destination.}[Quran 2:126]. Allaah further Says (what means): {Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land. [It is but] a small enjoyment; then their [final] refuge is Hell, and wretched is the resting place.}[Quran 3:196-197]. In another verse Allaah Says (what means): {[For them is brief] enjoyment in this world; then to Us is their return; then We will make them taste the severe punishment because they used to disbelieve.}[Quran 10:70]. Another verse reads (what means) : {Then is he whom We have promised a good promise (Paradise) which he will meet [i.e. obtain] like he for whom We provided the luxuries of the life of this world [but] then he is, on the Day of Resurrection, among those presented [for punishment in Hell]?}[Quran 28:61]. Allaah also Says (what means): {And were it not that all mankind would become of one community [all disbelievers, desiring worldly life only], We would have made for those who disbelieve in the Most Merciful — for their houses — ceilings and stairways of silver upon which to mount. And for their houses — doors and couches [of silver] upon which to recline. And gold ornaments. But all that is not but the enjoyment of worldly life. And the Hereafter with your Lord is for the righteous.}[Quran 43:33-35].

There are also many Prophetic narrations in this regard. For instance, the Prophet said: "Indeed, Allaah gives respite to the oppressor, but when He seizes him, He will never let him escape." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

The Prophet also said: "This worldly life is a prison for the believer and a Paradise for the disbeliever." [Muslim]

In another narration, the Prophet said: "If  this whole world was worth (as little as) the wing of a mosquito, then Allaah would not have given the disbelievers a sip of water." [At-Tirmithi]

Finally, it should be noted that a Muslim should know that Allaah has absolute wisdom in running the matters of His Creation, and thus we should not ask Allaah about what He does, as this does not reflect respect.

Allaah Knows best.
