Is the Hadeeth authentic which indicates that goodness is inherent in the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, together with his Nation until the Day of Judgment?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.

According to Ibn Hajar and Al-Albaani, may Allaah have mercy upon them, this narration has no origin, and does not exist as an authentic narration.

An adequate substitute for it is the Hadeeth that was narrated by a group of the Companions that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said that a group of Muslims would continue to adhere to the truth and practice it, and those who oppose them shall not be able to harm them (or affect them) until the Day of Judgment.
