2. I live in a house with none muslims and we use the same string to display our washed cloths. what is the rule of the splash of water from the washed cloth of the none Muslim.......

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Chicken waste is not impure, and the dung of animals whose meat we are permitted to eat, are pure as we clarified in Fatwa 91362.

As regards your second question, then the scholars differed in opinion about the clothes of non-Muslims, some of them are of the view that they are pure and some of them are of the view that they are impure, while some others provided some details and said: the clothes of some non-Muslims are pure while the clothes of some other non-Muslims are impure.

Some other scholars are of the view that the clothes that are not near their private parts are pure and those that are near [or touching] their private parts are impure.

In any case, all the scholars agree that if the clothes of non-Muslims are washed they are pure. The difference of opinion between them about the clothes of non-Muslims, whether they are pure or impure, is related to their ruling before they are washed. Hence, the water that is splashed from their clothes after being washed is pure.

Allaah Knows best.
