Speech of Allah is one of his attributes

Question

Do the names and attibutes of Allaah have a higher value or status than the entire Quran given that they are His names?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

The Quran is the speech of Allah, The Exalted, and His speech is one of His attributes. In light of this fact, your question is meaningless.

We advise you, Brother, to focus on seeking useful knowledge that draws you closer to Allah and to refrain from asking odd questions about matters that do not lead to doing good deeds. The Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, “Allah has hated for you three things: gossiping, wasting wealth, and asking too many questions (or begging others frequently).” [Al-Bukhaari and Muslim]

Ibn Hajar wrote:

This hadeeth is used as evidence on the forbiddance of asking too many questions and going into great lengths in that. This is supported by the deterrence and rebuke that is mentioned in the hadeeth; in addition to the fact that the righteous predecessors dispraised it. Imaam Ahmad cited the hadeeth in which Mu‘aawiyah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, forbade discussing thorny and captious questions (intended to confuse or entangle in argument). [Abu Daawood] Al-Awzaa‘i said, ‘If Allah wishes to deprive someone of the blessing of knowledge, he makes him engage in unsound arguments; and indeed I have seen that such people are the least knowledgeable.’” [Fat-h Al-Baari: summarized]

Allah knows best.
