Question

just have a question about that does not liking or loving Hoor Alyn, make a women a disbeliever even if she is convinced that Allah knows best, but she just can't love Hoor Alyn ? Also, just with that if a woman desires to spend few hours everyday with her husband, would that be reduced because of Hooris ? So does the presence of Hoor Alyn means that in a day she gets to see her husband less?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

The 'dislike' attributed to a person’s innate nature given the fact that human beings are preconditioned to experience jealousy, while submitting to religious rulings, is not considered Kufr (disbelief) and the following verse does not apply to it. Allah, Says (what means): {That is because they disliked what Allah revealed, so He rendered worthless their deeds.} [Quran 47:9] At-Tahir Ibn ‘Ashoor said in his Tafseer book At-Tahreer wat-Tanweer: “It is known that the inward dislike of any given command due to a person’s innate nature does not contradict submissively complying with it because most of the religious assignments are not devoid of hardship.

It should be noted that what makes a woman experience these negative feelings towards Al-Hoor Al-‘Ayn (women of Paradise) is that she compares the situation of the Hereafter to that of this worldly life, and there is no doubt that this is a corrupt analogy. The Hereafter shall be completely different from the worldly life (and cannot be judged by worldly standards). The fact that a woman in worldly life loves to have her husband all for herself and dislikes sharing him with other co-wives does not necessarily mean that she would feel the same in Paradise. In fact, there will be no room for jealousy among the co-wives in Paradise and the like because this falls under the category of distress and embitterment, and Allah, The Exalted, decreed that Paradise should be devoid of these imperfections. In Paradise, there shall only be eternal bliss and happiness. This is evidenced by the verse that reads (what means): {And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other.} [Quran 15:47]

Allah knows best.
