Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

You need not be limited to the names mentioned in the question. There are many good names which may satisfy you, such as the names of Prophets, angels, Companions and other pious people.

The Muslim scholars establish that giving good names is desirable for the Hadeeth reported by Imams Ahmad, Abu Dawood and Ibn Hibbaan on the authority of Abu ad-Darda that the Prophet   said: “On the Day of Resurrection, you will be called by your names and by your father's names, so give yourselves good names”.

The best names are Abdullah and Abdur-Rahman as narrated in Saheeh Muslim from Ibn ‘Umar who narrated that the Prophet said: “The names dearest to Allah are Abdullah and Abdur-Rahman.”

Besides, it is narrated in Sunan Abu Dawood that the Prophet said: "Call yourselves by the names of the Prophets. The dearest names to Allah are Abdullah and Abdur-Rahman, the truest are Harith (the cultivator) and Hammam (always thinking of initiating something) and the worst are Harb (the war) and Murrah (the bitter).”

The Prophet himself gave his sons and daughters good names. Therefore, there is no necessity to be called by the names mentioned in the question.

We suggest that you use the names stated in the above Ahadeeth.

Allah Knows best.
