Question

Saying Bismillah in the bathroom or say Al hamdulillah or Insha Allah and Dhikr of this sort for instance while removing your clothes or someone talks to you about something and you say Insha Allah?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
The glorification of the Names and Attributes of Allah require the person to refrain from mentioning Allah's Name in the bathroom and in similar impure places.
Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {And whosoever honours the Symbols of Allâh, then it is truly from the piety of the heart.}[22:32]. Allah also Says (interpretation of meaning): {…whoever honours the sacred things of Allâh, then that is better for him with his Lord.}[22:30]
It is also reported from the Prophet that he used to remove his ring before entering the bathroom because the Name of Allah was engraved on his ring in the phrase: Muhammad the Prophet of Allah.
The Prophet also used to say Dua' (supplication of entering the bathroom) just before entering the bathroom and used to say the Dua' of leaving the bathroom after getting outside the bathroom. So, nobody should mention Allah's Name while in such impure places.

Allah knows best.
