What is the Best Islamic University to Study in Da'wah in all the World. because I'm interested learning the Da'wah and Will Give Da'wah in the Future?

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

Seeking Shari'a knowledge is one of the best deeds that bring one nearer to Allah, the Exalted, since such knowledge leads one on the straight path and Da'wah to Allah.
Thus Allah, the Exalted, has praised scholars:
{…..Say: "Are those who know equal to those who know not?" It is only men of understanding who will remember (i.e. get a lesson from Allâh's Signs and Verses).} [39:9]
The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "whoever takes a path of seeking knowledge, Allah will easily grant him a path to Paradise." [ Mulsim ]
Seeking knowledge and putting knowledge into practice are two acts leading one to the straight path. It is a great deed to spend your life in such a path.
Then, we advise you to join and study at a university that follows the Qur'an and Sunnah, the two pure springs of Islamic knowledge. We think that Islamic University of al-Madinah and Imam Muhammad Ibn Sa'ud Islamic University are among the best examples in this concern, and they contain a special college for Da'wah.
We ask Allah to grant you success and help and to guide you to be among the best reformative workers for Islam.
